Food and Beverage Loyalty Rewards Program 

Robson will be introducing an exciting new Loyalty Program to our restaurant and coffee bar beginning in January of 2019.  We wanted to outline this new program to our residents in advance of the introduction. Please take a look at the program details below. This is another great reason to enjoy our Food and Beverage offerings here in Quail Creek.

Our new point of sales system has many new features. In the new system we can add member favorites (including drinks and meals), member dietary preferences, and birthday and anniversary information. There is also a Loyalty Rewards program module as well.

In January of 2019 we plan to integrate this Loyalty Rewards Program in Quail Creek and our sister properties. We will no longer be providing a 10% discount on all purchases. Instead, we will be giving a $25 Loyalty Reward toward future purchases for every $250 spent in the restaurant or coffee bar.

Your server can look up your Loyalty Rewards status while you are dining to let you know how close you are to your next Reward, or let you know if you have a Reward that is available to use for that meal.

The Loyalty Reward is only available to members and purchases can only be recorded by the use of your member card or check in device. This is designed to make sure only homeowners participate in the program, as it is not available to non-residents.

Event and Banquet functions are not tracked within the Rewards Program. The credit may only be used in the restaurant and coffee bar for future purchases and may not be redeemed for gift cards. Each Reward expires 12 months from the date of issue. Accrual to the $250 is perpetual.

Q.  When will the Loyalty Program begin?  
A. January 1st, 2019.

Q.  Is there a new card or may I use my existing Robson card?
A.  Use your existing Robson card or device.

Q. Can I use another credit card and accumulate points towards the $250.
A. No, you must use your Robson card or device. This is how your purchases are tracked.

Q.  Can I use the credit in the Grill only or for other purchases in the community?
A.  Reward credit can be only used for food and beverage purchases at the Grill or Oasis.

Q.  Do I have a time limit to use my rewards?
A.  Yes, 12 months from the date the credit is issued.

Q.  Can my rewards accumulate to make a larger purchase?
A.  Yes, it is up to you when to apply your Rewards.

Q.  If I'm not presently taking advantage of the 10% Robson discount must I enroll?
A. No enrollment is needed. Your account data is already in the system.

Q.  Does this program cover food only or are beverages included?
A.  Rewards accumulate on all food and beverage purchases and credit can be used for both.

Q.  Can my Rewards be used towards alcohol?
A.  Yes

Q. What happens to my points/rewards if I leave Quail Creek?
A.  Rewards are only available to Quail Creek residents and expire upon closing your account.

Q. Can my points/rewards be transferred to another card?
A. No. Rewards are not transferable.

Q. Can I use my Rewards at other Robson community restaurants?
A. No, the Reward credits are only available in our restaurant and lounge.

Q. How long do I have to accumulate the $250 for a reward?
A. Point accumulation is perpetual, so as long as it takes to meet the $250.

Q. How will I know if I have any rewards?
A. Your server will be able to tell you if you have any Rewards available.

Q. How do I apply my reward to my bill?
A. Just tell your server if you want to apply any or all Rewards credits to your bill.

Q. Will my Rewards show up on my Robson card statement?
A. Not at this time.
