There are sixteen lighted pickleball courts for year-round play.

The Quail Creek Pickleball Club manages the scheduling of the pickleball courts on behalf of the community.

Quail Creek Pickleball Club

Membership forms are available on the QCPC website. Full membership cost is $20 per year; social membership $10 per year.

The QCPC was formed to provide clinics for it’s members, setup round robins, mixed play sessions and other organized play for members, provide balls at the courts and guidance on purchasing paddles. The club will also sponsor tournaments.

COURT RESERVATIONS

ALL Quail Creek residents may reserve a court using the QCPC on-line reservation service.  Courts 13-16 (the 4 courts closest to Quail Crossing Blvd.) are available for reservation at any time that they are not being used for organized play.  Courts 1-4 (the 4 lower courts to the west and north of the ramada) are “open play,”  “first-come, first served” courts and are NOT available for reservation.  Courts 5-12 are available for reservation when no organized play is scheduled.  Courts may be reserved no more than seven days in advance.  Courts may be reserved for one (1) hour for singles or two (2) hours for doubles matches.

OPEN PLAY COURTS FOR ALL QC RESIDENTS

Play on courts 1-4 is on an “open play,” first-come first-served basis, with no reservations, for any times when the courts are not in use for organized play.  Courts 5-16 can also be used for open play if they are not being used by those with reservations or for organized play.  If others are waiting to play on a court, those who are playing should surrender the court after no more than one hour of play, counting the one-hour limit from the start of play.

ORGANIZED PLAY

Organized play scheduled by the Quail Creek Pickleball Club (“QCPC”) is limited to QCPC members, unless otherwise allowed by the Club.  The schedule is published on the QCPC website or check the bulletin board in the ramada, for a schedule for QCPC Organized Play.

COURT RULES, POLICIES & PROCEDURES FOR ALL QC RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS

Check the QCPC website to review the rules, policies and procedures governing use of the pickleball courts.  You can also review safety tips and pickleball court etiquette.  Except as otherwise set forth in these specific rules and policies, the rules and code of conduct of the USA Pickleball Association (USAPA) shall apply.
