A few rules of the road: 

           Business ads are not permitted on the Message Board and will be removed.
           We now have a Classified Ads section under Classifieds. Ads in this
           section require signing of a contract and payment of advertising fees.

           Unsolicted postings promoting a business will be removed.

 Please Note:

• No personal attacks or abusive language is allowed. Please remember that the QC POA Rules (POA Rules Article 2) govern our website.
• Please note the Terms of Service link at the bottom of this page for additional provisions regarding use of the HOA website.
• Please keep posts to a standard suitable for public discussion.
• Messages should be constructive and relevant to the topic.

 Any logged in member of the community may create a message board topic and post a message.

 To create a message board Topic:

1. Click on Message Board on the Menu Bar
2. Click on Add a New Topic
3. Complete the Add a New Message Board Topic screen
4. Click Save Message Topic

The message is stored on the web site. The message is also sent via email to all members who have included their email address in their User Profile and who have subscribed (elected) to get these email notifications.

To Reply to a message board posting:

1. Login to the web site (if you are subscribed, the email will contain a link to the community web site)
2. Click on Message Board on the Menu Bar
3. Scroll to find the appropriate message board
4. Click on the message board
5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen
6. Click on Add a New Message Under This Topic
7. Complete the Add a New Message screen.
