Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about the website.

Log onto the website with your email address and password.

  • Click Classifieds on the right side of the navigation menu. 
  • Select Items for Sale.
  • Click on the Add New button
  • Enter information about the item for sale. Fields that are required are: Item, Description, Phone, Contact, Sale Price, Date Ad Posted.
  • Select whether you are Wanting to - Buy, Sell or Trade.
  • Select a category for the item for sale. The default is uncategorized.

Note: Items for Sale are "owned" by the resident who posted it and can only be edited or deleted by the same email address/password combination.

If you're listed as the main contact, you can update information for your group.

  • Log onto the website with your email address and password
  • Navigate to Activities > Clubs and Activities
  • Locate the name of the Club/Activity and click on the name which is bolded and underlined.
  • Click the Update button.
  • Once you have completed your edits, click Submit.
  • You can change the main contact by changing the fields: Main Contact, Main Contact Phone and E-mail.

Note: To add a new Club or Activity, contact the QCPOA office, 520-393-5822, for assistance.

  • Log onto the website with your email address and password. 
  • Click Residents > Address Book
  • Type your last name in the Keywords field. 
  • Click Search
  • Once you find your name & address, click on your last name. 
  • Click Update
  • Once you've made changes, click the Submit button. 
  • To cancel without making changes, click the Back button. 
  • Log onto the website with your email address and current password.
  • Click on the Change Personal Profile link located in a gray box on the right-hand side menu of the website.
  • Click the Edit Personal Profile link located at the upper right-hand section of the page underneath the word My Personal Page.
  • Scroll down and click on the Change My Password button.
  • Type your old password in the Old Password field.
  • Type your new password in the New Password and Retype New Password fields.
  • Click the OK button.
  • Click the Save button.
  • Log onto the website with your email address and password.
  • Click Classifieds on the right side of the navigation menu. 
  • Select Items for Sale.
  • Locate the Item name to delete. 
  • Click the title of the item for sale. It is a bold hyperlink.
  • Click the Delete button.
  • The website will warn "The entry will be permanently deleted. Do you want to proceed?" To delete click OK.

Note: Items for Sale are"owned" by the resident who posted it and can only be deleted by the same email address/password combination.

Sometimes, slow internet is the universe's way of telling you to go play outside. Other times, it's the universe's cruel joke to destroy your productivity.

How to Maximize the Speed of Your Internet Connection

Test your internet speed by using one of the following web-based tools:


Posts to the Message Board and Recommendations can only be deleted by the site administrator. 

To delete a post, please contact the administrator at Please specify the post title you wish to have deleted.

Log onto the website with your email address and password. Click on Residents > Address Book. In the Keywords search box type one of the following:

  • Last name, e.g., Thomson
  • First name, e.g., Georgia
  • Street name, e.g., Apache
  • House #, e.g., 2250
  • Email,

To find all residents in a unit, you can use the Unit Number filter. 

So much to do, so little time! To find a type of event on the calendar, use the Category filter. 

Categories are color-coded:

  • Clubhouse Events - Turquoise
  • Classes/Seminars - Pink
  • Club Meetings - Salmon
  • Other - Ivory
  • POA Meetings - Blue
  • Wellness - Green

Use the Search tool in the Calendar to search by a key word such as TGIF.

Keep up with what's new on the Quail Creek POA website:

Significant additions and updates to the site's content pages are posted here, including minutes, Q&A Notes, forms, schedules, etc. Items are listed by the dates they were uploaded, with the most recent at the top.

  • To log in, click on Resident Login in the upper right-hand corner. 
  • In the Login box, type your Email Address and Password   
  • After 5 unsuccessful log in attempts the account is locked and will be manually unlocked by the next business day.
  • Can't remember your password? Click on Forgot Password. A temporary password will be sent to you with instructions on how to change it. 
  • Passwords cannot be looked up, only reset.

My Links

  • Add specific pages to My Links from any page on the Quail Creek website. Navigate to the webpage you would to bookmark, scroll to the bottom and click on "Add to My Links".
  • Add an external link to My Links
  • Rename, reorder and/or delete bookmarked links

Edit Personal Profile

  • Update your name, email address, Quail Creek address and telephone number
  • Manage your What's Happening at Quail Creek newsletter subscription
  • Upload an image to your Personal Profile
  • Change your password
  • Log onto the website with your email address and password.
  • Click Residents > Community Forums. Or use the Community Forums quick link in the purple box. 
  • Select a Forum - Message Board or Recommendations
  • Click New Topic or click a topic title in which you are interested. Please note that topic titles cannot be edited by either residents or the webmaster.
  • Click Reply or Reply with Quote if responding to a post.
  • Posters are able to Edit their own posts but cannot Delete
  • Click on Search to search both forums for a topic or keyword. 
  • Log onto the website with your email address and password.
  • Click Classifieds on the right side of the navigation menu. 
  • Select a Category: Items for Sale, Real Estate in Quail Creek, Rentals in Quail Creek
  • Click Add New and then complete the fields for your item or listing. 
  • Choose a Category for your listing.
  • Upload a picture, max size 480px x 600px. 
  • Note that listings expire automatically - 45 days for sale items, 90 days for rentals and real estate.

Can't see Classifieds? Try resetting zoom in the browser - click Ctrl plus 0 (zero). 

Do you miss seeing calendar events as a list? You still can!

  • From the menu, click Activities > Community Calendar
  • Click the "Switch to List Calendar" button.
  • Use the "Categories" filter to view specific events, i.e, "Clubhouse Event/Activities Office" for the current month.
  • To view a different month, click the back or forward buttons. 
If you don't see the Community or Fitness Classes Calendars on the QC website, chances are you are using Internet Explorer and have Compatibility View turned on. That was necessary for our old website only. Try turning Compatibility View off. Click below to see Compatibility View as it appears in the Address Bar. Alternatively: 
  • Open Internet Explorer in the desktop.
  • Press the Alt key to display the Menu bar.
  • Tap or click Tools, and then tap or click Compatibility View settings.
  • Remove from Websites you've added to Compatibility View, and then tap or click Close.
  • Click on Activities > Community Calendar
  • Click the green button Submit a New Event
  • Enter event details and click Submit
  • The event is submitted to the POA Admin and will not appear on the calendar until approved. Only events with a confirmed meeting room will be approved by the POA Admin. Clubhouse Events and Wellness are reserved categories for the Activities Office.
  • Events submitted to the calendar can be edited or deleted by the author.
