About Online Ticketing

Buy your tickets online and skip the line!

Print your tickets at home and bring them to the show or have them printed at Will Call and pick them up at Member Services, located in the lobby of the Madera Clubhouse the following day. Register online and purchase tickets - quailcreek.showare.com.

Online Sales

  • Ticket sales start at 6:00 AM for new shows, available thereafter 24/7
  • Print tickets at home or request will call to print at Member Services. Pick up will call tickets the following day of the order or any time thereafter.
  • Credit card sales only.

Box Office Sales

  • Tickets sales start at 8:00 AM for new shows, available thereafter during Member Services hours
  • Tickets printed for sales and will call.
  • Cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). No charges to Robson card or gift cards.
  • Single payment per order


Theater Style Seating - Max 4 seats per order

  • Select seats from the seating chart - Seats that are not available will appear grayed out and marked as "Not Available". 
  • Reserve selected seats - Single seats adjacent to an aisle seat or already reserved/sold seat are disallowed.
  • Select Regular Price or, from the drop-down, Hearing Assist Device or Wheelchair - Selecting Hearing Assist Device or Wheelchair lets the Activities Office know that you require a hearing assist device or that a regular chair needs to be removed to accommodate a wheelchair.
  • Proceed to checkout.

Table Style Seating - Max 10 seats (1 table) per order

  • Select table from seating chart - Hover over a table to see the number of available seats.
  • Click the table where you wish to sit.
  • Type the number of seats you wish to purchase in the quantity box. Seats at tables are not numbered.
  • Proceed to checkout.


  • Tickets in the Shopping Cart are held for 15 minutes
  • Tickets for multiple shows can be added to the Shopping Cart and paid for in one transaction
