Quail Creek Dining Club 2025-2026
If you LOVE to cook and entertain, this is the club for you!
Schedule: Cocktail party Sunday, October 5, monthly dinners November – March and final group gathering in April.
Please join us for our Meet’n’Greet on Sunday, October 5, from 3-5 at 1930 Orchard Lane in QC. Bring an appetizer to share and a drink (water will be available). $15 Per Person (cash or check) at that meeting. There will be a short meeting at 4:30. When you sign up we’ll ask for dates you can’t attend, the size of your dining table and any months you wish to host. There’s info about the club on GroupSpot. If you’re having trouble with GroupSpot contact Nancy at (916)712-0950 or katzbergfamily@gmail.com.
The Quail Creek Dining Club is a great place to meet new friends and reconnect with old. You will share your cooking skills through delicious meals while enjoying the company of others. Menus and recipes are provided to Hosts and members monthly after each dinner party. The host is responsible for organizing and scheduling the dinner. Each member of a dinner party takes part in the preparation of one course of the dinner. The Host will delegate the menu items to the members attending the dinner. Each club member is expected to host at least once during the season. In case of emergency, it’s the responsibility of the host to find another host from the group, to change the date or cancel the dinner. The number of diners will be dictated by the total seating capacity of the Host's table, usually 6-8 people.
All dinners are BYOB. Hosts are welcome to provide alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages if they choose to.
Club Operations
1. After collecting information from club members as to their availability for hosting and member count, we will provide everyone with the dining party schedule, a roster of all members, and the first menu. The schedule, roster, menus and recipes will be available on GroupSpot so it is important to join the group to stay informed! The dinners will be held the first weekend of each month. This can be a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday- host preference.
2. Board members will meet monthly or as necessary.
3. Membership dues are $15 per person. Dues will offset the cost of our general expenses, and a portion of the final group dinner in April. For more information about the club or the initial gathering in October, please contact:
