2022 Calendar Year Room Requests
Room Requests are processed in date/time stamp order received. Completed room requests can be submitted beginning Tuesday, May 25, 8 AM, Madera Crystal Ballroom #1. After May 25th, forms may be turned in at Member Services, located in the lobby of the Madera Clubhouse. A Room Request should be submitted for any Committee, Chartered Club, or group/activity of 15 or more who wish to meet in the Clubhouse or Kino Conf Center during the 2022 calendar year. All Chartered Clubs need to provide the following: Club Charter, Bylaws, board members, current membership list, and date the club was first chartered. Bring a completed 2022 Chartered Club Agreement with your Meeting Room Request. Groups will need to complete a 2022 Group Agreement when turning in their 2022 Room Requests. Due to space constraints, Room Requests will not be accepted for any Club, group, or activity with less than 15 members.
