Labor rates per type of work:
 
  • Plumbing and electrical work is $55.00/hour plus any materials and travel to stores.
    to stores.
  • All other jobs are $50.00/hour plus any materials and travel to stores.

Things I do:
 
  • Replace faucets, (kitchen and bath sinks)
  • Clean out slow drains if the obstruction is in the pipe under the sink.
  • Replace shower heads.
  • Fix toilets, replace tank components, seat and the toilet if desired.
  • Replace waste disposal.
  • Flush/drain hot water tank, drain tank and replace drain valve if needed. Flushing is recommended twice a year.
 
  • Change HVAC filters
 
  • Replace light fixtures
  • Install ceiling fans on pre-wired box location, and replace pre-existing fans
  • Some lamp repairs
  • Replace faulty light switches and outlets
  • Replace light bulbs
  • Replace and/or install dimmer switches
 
  • Hang pictures
  • Install hooks
  • Install door stops
  • Replace door handles and locks.
  • Install bathroom safety grab bars.
  • Install and or replace towel bars and paper holders.
