Forming a Group or a Chartered Club. All Groups and Chartered Club will need to submit the following documentation. Clubs who wish to be chartered have additional requirements.

Completed Room Request Form
Signed Facility Use Agreement Form
Letter of Intent describing the purpose and activities of the organization
Membership Roster containing a minimum of fifteen (15) Quail Creek residents
