Board of Directors for Quail Creek Property Owners Association

The Quail Creek Property Owners Association (POA) Board is responsible for all Quail Creek facilities. The Board establishes committees in various community resource and interest areas to assist them. Committees have no management or operation authority over community resources or employees. Rather, their job is to help the Board resolve issues and satisfy residents' needs in key areas.

Committee members must be homeowners in good standing and serve for a 2-3 year term. Committee charters, available on the website, provide more information on committee responsibilities and composition.

Quail Creek residents represent extensive experience in a wide range of endeavors. We encourage residents to contribute their expertise by serving on a committee. Volunteer application forms are available online or at the Madera Clubhouse. Return completed paper forms to the Concierge Desk, located in the lobby of the Madera Clubhouse, who will ensure that it gets to the appropriate committee(s).

During the Madera Clubhouse Renovation, the Concierge Desk is temporarily located in the Kino Conference Center, 1490-1 N Quail Range Lp, Kino Conference Room. Temporary Hours of Operation: Weekdays 8 AM to 2 PM.

2020 Meeting Schedule 

Quail Creek Property Owners are encouraged to attend meetings.  Owner questions and comments are encouraged about the community.
Meetings are held quarterly, on the third Monday of the month at 10 AM, in the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom, 2055 E Quail Crossing Blvd, Green Valley, AZ 85614 unless noted otherwise.
