Quail Creek Country Club is an elegant special event center that provides services for weddings, receptions, rehearsals, ceremonies, special events, ballroom, and indoor/outdoor events.

~ Madera Clubhouse ~

Crystal Ballroom 

The Crystal Ballroom seats 300 guests for a dinner or reception, 250 guests with a dance floor.

The Ballroom has a permanent dance floor, stage with a baby grand piano and an audio-visual system.  Round tables seat 8-10 people. Plated or buffet style dinners are available as well as hot or cold appetizers and appetizer platters.

Included are white tablecloths and napkins, tables and chairs, dance floor, china, silverware, glassware. A gift table, cake table, place card table and sweetheart / head table can also be set up for the event.

Weddings scheduled in the Madera Clubhouse Crystal Ballroom have the use of the Copper Room Lounge and Madera Clubhouse Patio for their guests as well as separate dressing areas for the bride and the groom.

Copper Room Lounge

Relax in our luxurious lounge with a cocktail before your reception. Bring a CD of your favorite music for our baby grand player piano.

Madera Clubhouse Patio

Adjoining the Madera Clubhouse is a large adjoining outdoor patio overlooking the driving range. It features a full roof, plush patio seating, gas fireplace and misters for year round use.
 

~ The Patio and Lawn at The Grill at Quail Creek ~

The patio at The Grill overlooks the 9th hole of the Coyote Golf Course with a lake and fountain. The Santa Rita mountains provide the perfect backdrop for your ceremony. The lawn area can accommodate up to 300 guests.

~ Additional Amenities ~

The Signature Hole has a natural stone waterfall and lake.  It has an amazing view of sunsets and makes for great photo opportunities.

The east patio of the Grill overlooks the 9th hole of the Coyote course.  The Santa Ritas and lake with fountain are the perfect backdrop for photos.

There is ample parking at the Madera Clubhouse and the Grill.

Also included are experienced staff, on-site catering, and bars, as well as a manager on duty throughout your entire event.
